They offered lots of help and guidance on the unit type, size and position even before the job was booked, and then on the day of the installation they made further recommendations that ultimately meant more work for them but a better result for us. They expected to be finished by mid afternoon but due to several complications (and their unflagging commitment to a quality finish no doubt) the work ended up taking a lot longer than expected and they were still going strong at 7pm on a Friday evening!
